1. Structural characteristics

Bimetallic composite bearings are based on high-quality low-carbon steel, and the surface sintered copper alloys (CuPb10Sn10, CuPb6Sn6Zn3, CuPb24Sn4, CuPb30, AlSn20Cu, CuSn8Ni) with low friction characteristics are used as wear-resistant layers of bearings. The surface of copper alloys can be processed into various types of oil grooves, oil holes and oil holes according to the requirements of service conditions, so as to be suitable for fields where oil can not be continuously refuelled or difficult to refuel.
