Structural Characteristics And Application Of Bimetallic Composite Bearing

- Mar 02, 2019-

1. Structural characteristics

Bimetallic composite bearings are based on high-quality low-carbon steel, and the surface sintered copper alloys (CuPb10Sn10, CuPb6Sn6Zn3, CuPb24Sn4, CuPb30, AlSn20Cu, CuSn8Ni) with low friction characteristics are used as wear-resistant layers of bearings. The surface of copper alloys can be processed into various types of oil grooves, oil holes and oil holes according to the requirements of service conditions, so as to be suitable for fields where oil can not be continuously refuelled or difficult to refuel. All right. Good bonding strength and optimum load-carrying capacity can be obtained by secondary sintering and secondary extrusion.

2. Product Application

Construction machinery: chassis travel mechanism supporting wheel axle sleeve, pulley axle sleeve, tension wheel axle sleeve;

Automobile industry: balance shaft bushing, steel pin bushing, steering knuckle main shafting bushing, connecting rod bushing, valve rocker arm bushing, camshaft bushing, differential bushing, gearbox bushing, internal combustion engine main bushing, thrust gasket; plunger pump side piece, gear pump side piece, etc.
