Bimetallic bearing is one of the oil-free lubrication bearings. It is made of high-quality low-carbon steel backing, sintered lead tin bronze alloy on the surface, copper and steel integrated bimetallic strip after several times of high-temperature sintering and dense rolling. It is suitable for lining sleeve and thrust washer with medium speed and high impact load.

Bimetallic bearing is widely used in heavy truck balancing axle bushing, which is a kind of high load and low speed moving bearing. 

It is suitable for bimetallic casting material, bearing with corrosion resistance and high sliding speed, bearing of crusher, water pump and cold rolling mill, and piston pin sleeve with load up to 70MPa.

The product has the advantages of good wear resistance. It is especially suitable for medium speed medium load and low speed high load situations. 

Through special technology, various oil grooves, oil cavities and oil holes can be machined on the friction surface, so as to adapt to the use under different lubrication conditions.

Metal base inlaid solid self-lubricating bearing (JDB) is a new type of bearing which has both the characteristics of metal bearing and self-lubricating bearing. 

The metal substrate bears the load, and the solid lubricating material with special formula plays the role of lubrication. 

It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and strong self-lubricating ability. 

It is especially suitable for heavy load, low-speed, reciprocating or swinging occasions which are difficult to lubricate and form oil film, and is not afraid of water erosion and other acid erosion and erosion.
