When taking the bearing directly by hand, wash the sweat on your hands and apply high-quality mineral oil before stopping the operation. Pay special attention to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer.
However, under certain special operating conditions, the bearing can achieve a longer life than traditional calculations, especially under light load conditions. Before the slewing bearing device, it is necessary to stop the inspection of the device surface of the main machine, and the support member should have sufficient strength, the joint surface should be machined, and the appearance is smooth without debris and burrs. The slewing bearing device should be filled with a smooth amount of smooth grease at the end, and the side slewing bearing should be filled to make the smooth grease evenly spread. After the slewing bearing has been working for a period of time, it is unavoidable to lose a part of the smooth grease. Therefore, the smoothing grease should be added once every 50-100 hours of the slewing bearing in normal operation.
3 The transportation and storage of the slewing bearing shall be placed on the vehicle during transportation. Measures shall be taken to avoid sliding and avoid vibration, and if necessary, auxiliary support shall be added.
Bearings should be placed on a monotonous, ventilated and leveled site and stored separately from chemicals and other corrosive items. If multiple sets of bearing stacks are required, more than three equal height wooden blocks should be placed in the circumferential direction between each set, and the upper and lower blocks should be placed in different positions. Bearings that need to continue to be stored beyond the anti-rust period should be re-suspended for cleaning and anti-rust treatment.
