The physical principle of electrochemical machining is based on high-speed anode dissolution of metals and alloys under the electrolysis current of high density in the flowing electrolyte at small interelectrode gaps. A significant advantage of this process is chamfers and/or radii can be adjusted on purpose, leaving no burring behind.

● Short processing time (10 to 30 seconds, depending on the height of the burr)

●  Due to the use of multiple fixtures (up to 20 workpieces, more depending on the size of the workpiece and the processing operation), the cycle time is short

● Simultaneously process multiple deburring points on a workpiece (up to 100 according to complexity)
